Conditions for accepting a withdrawal
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product
- The product must be undamaged, clean and free of signs of use beyond the normal handling needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of an error or damage on the part of the seller
- The refund is made using the same method as the payment (card or bank transfer), unless the customer and the seller agree otherwise
