By using the website moleculepetbowl.eu and purchasing through it, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Purchase.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time.

Ordering
A purchase is made by selecting a product, entering your details and confirming the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered. After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail.
Payment
Payment is possible:
- by bank transfer (to our bank account, IBAN)
- cash on delivery (in cash when the parcel is collected)
All prices on the website are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
All payments are made in euros (EUR).
Delivery
Delivery is made by a courier service. Delivery costs a flat €15 for all orders.
Delivery time: 3–5 working days from receipt of the order confirmation.
When collecting the parcel, the customer must check its condition and report any damage to the courier.
Undelivered parcel
If the customer does not receive the parcel within the expected time, they must notify the seller by e-mail: info@moleculepetbowl.eu.
Together with the courier service, the Seller will check the status of the parcel and take the necessary steps. If the parcel is lost, the customer will be offered a replacement product or a refund.
Product availability
The product is available in two sizes. Other colours are currently not available.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
The day the product is received is determined on the basis of the courier service’s delivery data.

The contract withdrawal form is available on this page or can be obtained on request by e-mail.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in the case of an error or damage.
The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The refund is made by transfer to the customer’s bank account, unless the customer and the seller agree otherwise.
The returned product must be undamaged, clean and free of signs of use beyond the normal handling needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
Complaints and conformity
The customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years of receiving the product.
The day the product is received is determined on the basis of the courier service’s delivery data.

The Seller must respond to the complaint within 8 days of receiving it, and resolve it within 15 days.
The customer is entitled to have the complaint resolved in accordance with the law, including replacement of the product, a refund or another appropriate solution.
If a lack of conformity appears within 6 months of receiving the product, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the product.
A complaint will not be accepted in the case of damage caused by improper use, mechanical damage or normal wear and tear of the product.
No additional commercial warranty is given for the products, unless specifically stated.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in the Netherlands, while consumers may also bring proceedings before the court of their country of residence.
